Grand Prize Awarded

On Wednesday evening, March 24, 2010, Tom Johnson, owner of Alliance Video Productions, awarded Tamanika Dickerson a free wedding video, valued over $1,400. DJ’s Available and Bridal Showcase sponsored 6 shows this season, held at; Shannon’s Country House, The Merion, Savoy Caterers and Doubletree Suites. Those attending filled out a special card and were entered into the drawing. Last years grand prize winner, Tina Ott made a special appearance at our final show. Tina was presented with her own edited wedding video and picked this seasons winning card. Congratulations Tamanika, we look forward to producing your wedding video on May 14, 2011

Often times we are contacted to produce a wedding video and unfortunately we are already booked.  This is why we encourage everyone to reserve our services early.  Other times,  couples understand the importance of having a video on their wedding day, but have a limited budget and cannot afford a professional production.

We call it our AAP (Ambitious Amateur Program)

Here is how it works;

  • You choose a friend or family member to video tape your wedding.
  • We provide guidance and a checklist to your ambitious friend on what to shoot on your wedding day.
  • We are available by phone anytime during the day if a question arises.
  • We take the footage they shoot and creatively edit a 30 minute video of your day.
  • We will use up to 4 of your favorite songs in your wedding video.
  • Custom DVD packaging is included in the price.
  • We will invest up to 10 hours creating a nice keepsake of your day.
  • Your 30 minute video will be digitized and put online for 30 days so your family and friends can see.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day

In 2001, we had the good fortune to be hired to produce a video in Ireland on St. Patricks Day. We spent a week traveling the countryside, but spent the majority of our time in Dublin, Limerick, Kilkenny and Cork. Besides the free pints of Guinness and being paid to be there, here are some of the other highlights. We had the honor in meeting the Lord Mayor of Dublin and the Prime Minister of Ireland (long story, but good one). Visited St. Patricks Cathedral and St. Michans church founded in 1095. We went on a tour into the burial vault underneath the church, where we saw dusty corpses in their coffins. Bram Stoker’s Dracula writings were inspired here. We enjoyed a few pints in the Guinness Storehouse with some Scotsmen. Visited the Kilmainham Gaol (jail) where several movies were filmed including, In the Name of the Father and Italian Job. We walked thru some unbelievable castles in the beautiful countryside. What a trip! I hope you enjoy this short video.

#22 ZAC JOHNSON

Zac Johnson is a junior football player at Seneca High School in Tabernacle, NJ.  He is a 2 year starter who plays on both sides of the ball.  In 2009, he rushed for nearly 1000 yards, and over 7 yards per carry as a RB.  Zac scored 10 TD’s on the season including a 82 yard kick-off return. He is 5’8″ 185lbs.  Runs the 40 in 4.6. Bench 255.  On defensive, Zac played safety and accounted for 90 tackles.

AVP at Sand Barrens Bridal Show

Kerry & Peter

Since Kerry & Peter met in college at St. Joseph’s University, it seemed fitting they unite in marriage at Old Saint Joseph’s Church in Philadelphia.   It was a great day shared with family and friends.  Sheraton Society Hill was the perfect spot for their lively reception.   There were many highlights, as you will see watching this video, however the image of the couples dog Riley popping out of a pumpkin on top of their wedding cake was very cool.
